• Built a real-time social platform where students can post questions and get help from peers as it happens, rather than waiting on asynchronous replies.
• Designed a request flow specifically for urgent tutoring — a student can flag that they need help right now, not just post a question into the void.
• Implemented the collaboration and messaging layer to support ongoing back-and-forth between students working through a problem together.
• Deployed the app live so classmates could actually use it, rather than leaving it as a local prototype.

StudySwap is live and deployed, giving students a purpose-built place to get fast peer help instead of relying on generic group chats or forums.
